I moved to New York City nearly 13 years ago with a few trash bags of clothes, a sleeping bag, and some serious stars in my eyes. There were a lot of PB&Js in those early days (as well as cockroaches). Currently I'm the Social Media Manager at a museum in Manhattan, but the adventure has certainly not waned. The Blog is a collection of narratives centered around living in NYC. Local's Guide to NYC is a section of the blog tailored toward people visiting the Big Apple. Lastly, the Travel Stories tab is all about my adventures in other cities.
